Background
Susan Looney is one of Exemplars primary task creators and editors for its Pre K-K Math subscription. Susan has over 19 years of experience in education and holds an Ed.D. in Mathematics Education from Boston University. She earned her Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State College.
Susan currently works with districts, as an independent math consultant, to tailor professional development to meet their specific needs using demonstration lessons, graduate level course work and system-wide evaluations. Additionally, she works as an adjunct professor at Boston University, teaching pre-service teachers.
